3) Witnesses-Help lawyers create direct statement questions. Memorize Testimony!

-BR: Compare civil vs. criminal trial procedures-what's the biggest change we will need to make in this particular mock trial?

Mock Trial Prep
1) Judge-meet with lawyers to evaluate each testimony
2) Lawyers-Finish writing testimony and meet with judges and go over testimony. Make corrections
3) Witness-Finish creating witness testimony. Study your testimony (memorize)
4) Juror-Share out the assigned witness testiomony with other juror members. Summarize what it was about.
