-BR: Open vs. Closing arguments
-Last day to prep for Mock trial
1) Lawyers compose opening and closing statements
2) Witnesses-help lawyers compose statements by reminding them key points of their particular testimony
3) Judges-observe. Make sure at this point you are very familiar with the case. Check in with jurors and remind them of court procedures.
4) Jurors-read the last witness testimony and compose a summary. You should have read all the testimony before the trial.

2) Witnesses-finish annotation the other side's witness testimony that discredits you. Show this information to your lawyers
3) Judges-finish giving feedback on cross examination questions to the lawyers. Review rules and procedures with jurors.
4) Jurors-at this point you should have read 3-4 witness testimony and composed summaries. By the end of the period you should have read 5 witness testimony and composed 5 summaries.
